You must be at least 21 years old and physically located in the Philippines to use rivalry. Creating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
Each player may hold only one rivalry account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances or bonuses forfeited. rivalry reserves the right to merge or close duplicate registrations.
All rivalry bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal. Abuse of promotions will result in account suspension.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. rivalry is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rivalry login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. rivalry will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify rivalry immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. rivalry may suspend your account pending investigation upon receiving such a report.
All rivalry accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
rivalry is required by Philippine law and its regulatory obligations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before accepting deposits above specified thresholds. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

rivalry currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
rivalry reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher transaction limits.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC verification status and any applicable security checks. rivalry reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to fifteen (15) business days in cases where additional verification is required or where suspicious activity is suspected.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by rivalry's finance team. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
rivalry does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside rivalry's control. rivalry is not responsible for any third-party fees incurred during payment processing.
rivalry offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to a rivalry account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. rivalry reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have previously abused bonus offers, operated multiple accounts, or engaged in prohibited conduct are not eligible for bonuses.
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation. rivalry will endeavour to notify players of expiring bonuses where practicable.
rivalry actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotions. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
All games available on the rivalry Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.
All rivalry games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, real physical outcomes determined by live dealers. rivalry does not manipulate game outcomes. All results are final once confirmed by the game system.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, rivalry will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. rivalry reserves the right to void bets placed during a confirmed technical malfunction. rivalry is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the rivalry Platform. These limits are displayed within each game and may vary by game type, table, and player account status. rivalry reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rivalry Platform:
rivalry employs advanced fraud detection systems and monitors all accounts and gameplay for signs of prohibited conduct. Accounts found in violation of this section will be permanently closed, and rivalry reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to report conduct to the relevant Philippine authorities.
All content on the rivalry Platform — including but not limited to the rivalry name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of rivalry or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any rivalry content without prior written consent from rivalry.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rivalry's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rivalry account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rivalry collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering a rivalry account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

In the event of a dispute between you and rivalry, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting rivalry support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
rivalry reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rivalry will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the rivalry Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.1.
