If you believe a duplicate account was created by mistake, contact support immediately to resolve it.

You can update certain account details — such as your phone number, address, and communication preferences — directly from your rivalry account settings panel. However, changes to your full legal name or date of birth require identity re-verification. To request these changes, contact our support team at [email protected] with a copy of your updated government-issued ID.

If you wish to permanently close your rivalry account, you can do so through the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings, or by emailing [email protected] with your request. Before closing, make sure to withdraw any remaining balance. Please note that account closure is a form of permanent self-exclusion — once processed, you will not be able to reopen the same account. rivalry processes withdrawal requests within 24 to 48 hours on business days. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally the fastest once approved, often arriving within minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take an additional 1–2 banking days after rivalry releases the funds. Withdrawals are only sent to accounts or wallets registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
